We do not recommend pregnant women to go through the attraction. We suggest calling your doctor to discuss.
We work hard to ensure the safety of all of our guests. We do require each person to pass through our walk-through metal detectors, weapons detector wanding, and full bag checks. Please arrive prior to your ticket time to allow time for our strict security process. We do reserve the right to deny entry to anyone at any time.

Each purchased ticket is good for one admission into the attraction. You will need to purchase another ticket if you would like to go through again.
Ticket prices vary by date, time and type. Please select an arrival date and time to view available ticket rates. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cashapp, and Cash at our on-site Box Office.
Anyone age 17 and under MUST be accompanied at all times by an adult ages 21+ with a valid ID. No ID, No Entry, No REFUND!
It takes most guests 30-35 minutes to go through our attraction. Time varies based on the pace of your group or groups ahead of you.
No. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Carnage is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We will not attempt to recover any lost items until after our operational hours end. We do not guarantee that any items will be found. You will not be permitted to stay and wait on your “lost” items. If you lose an item of value, please leave your contact information with an employee. If we find your item, you will be contacted when the item is found.
When you purchase your tickets, you will select an arrival time. This will help make wait times faster. If you do not wish to wait in long lines, please purchase a Fast Pass or an immediate entry ticket (available only on select nights).
YES! Carnage Haunted house is 100% ADA compliant through the attraction.
With any medical condition, we suggest talking to your doctor or physician before coming through the attraction. Fog machines are in use in the attraction, so we do recommend bringing your inhaler or any device that you may need. We also recommend people with epilepsy, heart issues, and pregnant women consult their doctor prior to attending.

Photography and video recording of any kind is not permitted in the attraction and may result in removal from the attraction without a refund. We do allow photos and video while in the wait lines.
We do not have lockers or a coat check at the attraction. Carnage is also not a charging station for phones. Only small purses and wristlets are allowed into the attraction. Larger bags and personal items MUST BE KEPT IN YOUR CAR. We will not watch items for you. Carnage is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We will not attempt to recover any lost items until after our operational hours end. We do not guarantee that any items will be found. You will not be permitted to stay and wait on your “lost” items. We place 4-8 people into the attraction at once. On busier nights, we will do groups of 8 at a time. We will mix groups to create groups of 8.
We work hard to make updates and changes to our attractions, costuming, and overall experience throughout the year. It is important to us to ensure that your experience gets better year after year.
Yes. We do not allow foul language, obscene behavior, drugs, alcohol, weapons, etc in the building. We reserve the right to refuse access and admittance to anyone at any time per our judgment. Closed-toe shoes are preferable. DO NOT WEAR FLIP FLOPS OR HEELS. Please also avoid wearing loose or valuable, jewelry or accessories, as things can easily get lost inside of the attraction.
